  • Please submit a request, and our Technical Support team will be happy to address your questions or assist you with a return. This is the most effective way for us to communicate with you. We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for a response. Please note that submitting multiple inquires in multiple communication channels will not expedite the process. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please also allow an additional 4-6 weeks for Repairs and Parts Requests. Live agents will not contact you unless we have a specific question about your repair. All of our automated communications will be sent out via email. Specifics about your repair will be on your RMA return paperwork, or you can login to your account to see repair notes.
